I ordered two weeks ago for my new apartment. My ordered was delivered in a completely different city. Customer service has not been helpful and been a nightmare to work with. Takes 3 days to answer an email, which ends up being unhelpful. Do not order from this company.

I ended up giving dormify a shot and was deeply disappointed. The bed set I got fell apart in a week. I was a little concerned because it already had some fraying on it to begin with, but then it pretty much unravelled right away. I contacted customer support and they gave me the run around even though it says on their website that they allow returns. They didn't so I was out $300 bucks. Years ago, they were one of the only dorm companies out there, but now there are way too many other options. I won't buy from them again. Very unhappy and I do not recommend.

Be careful when ordering from Dormify. The products you order do not look like they do on the website and their return policies are not customer friendly and they will not budge. They do not care if you order $950 worth of merchandise and one or 2 items are unsatisfactory. They say they said these items are not returnable on the website so you cannot return them, even if they are not at all what you thought you ordered and are in fact ugly.

Terrible Customer Service! I bought a duvet from them and it came with a hole in it. I sent them a message via Twitter and Facebook and no one even responded. Ridiculous!

Gotta talk about the amazing staff at this place. I had a small issue with my order where the wrong product has been processed. I didn't see it for a couple of days and when I saw it, I thought I will be too late. But I wasn't because the people working here ensured me that the right product will be sent on time and for me to not worry. Sure enough, I recoeved what I wanted on time and I have to appreicate them for this!

I really want my small apartment to look nice even though I'm a college student. My budget was tight too so I was looking for cheaper options and came across them. I quite pleased with them because their prices were so much cheaper than the option I went through before. I hope the products will come soon because I can't wait to try them

The wall visualizers at Dormify are really awesome. I customized it according to the way I wanted my room to look and it got delivered within a week which was pretty fast. The poster fit the wall right next to my bed and all the LEDs and other stuff were in place. It looked amazing and brightened up my dull dorm room.

Really liked the Style Icon Room so I got all the products except the print and the framed black lips because I didn't like them. I got another print instead that suited my room more from them itself cuz they are cheaper

This place has some of the best customer service available. I bought something as a Christmas present and didn't realize the zipper was broken until after I gave it. It was well after the 30 day return period, but they emailed me within a day offering a replacement, credit, or refund. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for some cute bedroom stuff.
